In all of the projects we have developed we are deeply involved with every step. With careful and extensive planning our goal is to avoid problems and deliver your project within your budget and on schedule.

The founder of Master Plan is Chief Engineer Miguel Solo de Zaldivar, who is a Swiss Engineer. He provides administrative coordination, supplies and construction materials, financial supervisión, planning and legal.
Engineer Mena provides bids and proposals for clients, assists with supplies and materials and is Project Administrator.

Communication with our clients is very important to us. Engineer Jorge Mena speaks fluent English as well as Spanish. Engineer Miguel Solo de Zaldivar speaks Spanish, English, German, Italian and Frech.
Engineering
Both Engineers, Mena and Solo de Zaldevar work together in directing projects. Our project formen are Jorge Masis and Oscar Coto, who manage the project sites. We have over 80 experienced employees and most of them have been with us for an extended time. We are proud of our work force, as well as our on-site managers who coordinate engineering and planning with physical, on-site construction.
Supplies
Hernàn Acuña provides tansportation of building and other supplies with our 20 ton Mack Truck. The ability to transport all of the building materials needed for your project directly from San Jose results in discounted prices and a significant savings for our clients.
Accounting
Our director of Accounting is Senor Huberth Rosales. All accounting is entered on a daily basis and on an individual basis for each project. Our accounting system allows us to furnish our clients exact status reports at any time during the construction process.
The accounting firm of Hernández Dubon Asesores S.A., reviews all of our accounting on a monthly basis to and verifies that our control procedures are correctly executed.
